I sent some comics to Japan ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ & made some mail art on the envelope. The mail art is black & white. I added color to a scan. This is Doogie on a Japanese Mail scooter. This one went out to a manga artist I admire so I spent a little more time on the drawing than I usually do.

This is page 18. The thumbs are on the left & inks on the right. I decided to do a dry run on toning. The final product will look pretty different, but doing these every once & a while helps me work a strategy for the final product.

Trying to make a minicomic using this new sketchbook that I made from cardstock, & wanted to know if the flats would work out on this rather dark paper. I think it worked out great. I wonder if I can get the printer to print on this paper. It’s nice.
